Founded in 2024 by Gabriel Basque, BLG was born out of one conviction: that leadership transformation begins with love, not position.

What started as a single coaching practice has grown into a leadership community serving leaders across Atlantic Canada.
BLG serves leaders across all walks of life, from boardrooms to recovery centres and correctional facilities. We equip individuals to lead with purpose, identity, and confidence through programs, community events, and leadership summits.
